Located in a private area, in the greenest part of the Masseria Guadiano Vecchio, there is an ancient trullo with three rooms and two bathrooms, expertly renovated and finely furnished, built with the original stone of the area and expanded with large outdoor spaces: the Trullo dell’Aia inside the Masseria Guadiano Vecchio.

Trullo dell’Aia offers a unique stay experience immersed in the historic beauty of Puglia. This charming property is composed of a series of 3 authentic trulli, carefully restored to preserve their traditional charm, while providing all modern comforts.
The Environments
This enchanting trullo boasts a large independent outdoor space, equipped with a patio with tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor dinners under the starry sky, with a barbecue area for convivial barbecues.
Inside, a dining room with fully equipped kitchen is available for pleasant culinary moments. The two independent bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy.
The shared swimming pool offers a corner of coolness, ideal for relaxing on summer days. With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, the trullo has two double beds and two pouf beds.
The suggestive setting of the Trullo dell’Aia of Masseria Guadiano is enriched by a large outdoor space, including a covered gazebo with limestone barbecue, table and chairs, a Solarium with deckchairs and chair and a space for night bonfires with stone table and benches.
The trullo dell’Aia is located a few steps from the outdoor pool and the tennis court, both shared with the other houses of the masseria.
The outdoor spaces also include private free car parking and a shared tennis court.

Get a 10% discount on the total by booking a minimum of 6 days. The minimum length of stay is 3 nights.

Booking terms
At the time of booking guests will be charged a reservation fee worth 30% of the total booking price.
100% refund for cancellations up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival. 50% of reservation fee is refunded in case of booking cancellation between 20 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. No refund in case of no show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival).
Final payment must necessarily be paid before arrival at the Masseria by bank transfer. You can pay by bank transfer in advance at the moment of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Conditions regarding booking cancellation and reservation fee can be changed at any time without prior notice and depend on the accommodation type and booking period.
