Trullo del Guardiano offers an extraordinary stay experience immersed in the historic beauty of Puglia. This charming property is made up of a series of 4 authentic trulli, meticulously restored to preserve their traditional character, while offering all the modern comforts.
The Environments
This elegant trullo features a private fenced swimming pool, with a maximum depth of 1.5 metres, set within a secluded outdoor area complete with a patio, tables and chairs for relaxing moments, as well as a barbecue area for al fresco dining.
Inside, the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying quality time together. The two separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy, while the living room adjoining the kitchen features a third bathroom and provides additional space to unwind.
With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, the property comfortably accommodates visitors with two double beds and two convertible single sleeper pouffes. Private on-site parking is also available.
The charm of Trullo del Guardiano at Masseria Guadiano is further enhanced by its spacious adjoining outdoor areas, featuring a covered gazebo with a limestone barbecue, table and chairs, a private outdoor swimming pool with an exclusive-use sun terrace and sun loungers.
The outdoor facilities also include free parking and a shared tennis court.

Trullo del Guardiano is available for bookings from April 1 to October 31. The property is closed for the rest of the year.

Booking terms
At the time of booking guests will be charged a reservation fee worth 30% of the total booking price.
100% refund for cancellations up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival. 50% of reservation fee is refunded in case of booking cancellation between 20 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. No refund in case of no show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival).
Final payment must necessarily be paid before arrival at the Masseria by bank transfer. You can pay by bank transfer in advance at the moment of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Conditions regarding booking cancellation and reservation fee can be changed at any time without prior notice and depend on the accommodation type and booking period.
